Privacy Policy
Nelzn LLC sells business software to businesses. Most of the personal information we handle is either the contact details of the people who administer and use a customer's account, or business contact records that a customer loads into the software to work with. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
What we collect
- Account information — company name, user names and email addresses, role, and a one-way hash of your password.
- Billing information — billing email, subscription details, invoice status, and a card's brand and last four digits. We never receive your full card number; card details go directly to Stripe.
- Contact records — the names, phone numbers, and related fields of the contacts a customer loads in or syncs from their CRM.
- Call data — numbers called, timestamps, duration, outcome, and the agent involved; plus call recordings and voicemail where a customer has enabled recording.
- Technical logs — IP address, browser and device details, and error diagnostics.
- Support correspondence — what you write to us and what we reply.
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Our software uses only the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings.
How we use it
To provide the service (authenticate users, place and route calls, log outcomes, sync records back to your CRM); to bill you; to support you and investigate faults you report; to prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our Terms of Service; to fix and improve the product; and to send you service, billing, and security notices.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the service, each bound to use it solely for what they do for us: Telnyx (telecommunications carrier — numbers dialled, call timing, call audio), Stripe (payments), HighLevel (the CRM our software integrates with, at the customer's direction), and Cloudflare (network delivery). We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to defend legal claims, or to a successor in a merger or sale of assets.
Call recordings
Recording is off unless a customer turns it on. Whether recording a given call is lawful — and obtaining any required consent — is the customer's responsibility, as our Terms require. If you believe a call was recorded unlawfully, email us and we will pass the report to the customer involved and act on it.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
Account data, call records, and recordings are kept while an account is open, and deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period after it closes — except billing and tax records, which we keep as long as the law requires. Customers can ask us to delete recordings at any time. Technical logs roll over within days.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) throughout, encryption at rest for the most sensitive stored secrets such as integration tokens and telephony credentials, one-way password hashing, role-based access, and retained encrypted backups. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and any regulator as the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, or limit certain uses — and not to be treated differently for asking. Email support@nelzn.com with the subject "Privacy request". We verify identity, respond within the time the applicable law allows, and aim to acknowledge within one business day. There is no charge for a first reasonable request.
If your request concerns contact data one of our customers loaded in, we will forward it to that customer — they are the ones who can decide it — and help them respond.
If a business called you using our software
We are not the business that called you and we do not choose who is called. Ask the business that called to add you to their do-not-call list; they are required to honour it. You can also email us the number that called you, your own number, and the date and time — we will identify the customer, pass on your request, and act under our Terms where the calling appears unlawful.
Other
Our software is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect children's information. We operate from the United States, and our providers may process data there and elsewhere; where data is transferred out of the UK or EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards. We will post any revision to this policy here with a new effective date.
